Our Mission
Our mission is simple: we are dedicated to improving the emotional wellbeing and self-esteem of children, teenagers, and young adults. By empowering them with the confidence, skills, and resilience essential for success, we are establishing a solid foundation for their future.
Whether you’re a parent, teacher, or part of a community, you play a vital role within this development, and we’re here to provide the support needed to help you make a lasting difference.

What We Offer
We offer tailored one-to-one sessions for children, teenagers, and young adults inline with our C.A.R.E. Framework. These sessions are designed to develop resilience, boost self-esteem and help young people face life's challenges with confidence and a positive mindset.
Our coaching and mentoring provides personalised guidance and support across all areas of life, including school, relationships, and personal growth, empowering young people to thrive both now and in the future.
We also offer specialist pre and post-bereavement support, creating a safe, nurturing space where young people can gently process loss, find comfort and rebuild their strength - emotionally, mentally and at their own pace.

Jennifer, Belfast
"This has been life changing. They just get it, they get my kids.
No one has been able to connect with them so far, but as soon as we met, I knew they were going to talk and they just loved the outdoors sessions.
They worked with us and the school to help reintegrate my youngest back into school after months of refusal."
Lisa, Finaghy
“You have been our rock through the most difficult period of loss in our lives. Everything seemed to happen at once.
You always bring so much energy, passion and show genuine interest in our whole family, there are no resources like this out there, but young people connect to this.”
Rosy, East Belfast Alternatives
“Yellow Brick Road came and delivered sessions to three P7 classes, focusing on personal development, positive relationships and working together.
The sessions were fun and interactive and they quickly built rapport with the young people who looked forward to seeing them each week.
The approach was flexible and adaptable to the needs of all of the young people. I would happily work with them in the future.”
Darren, Year 10
“Thank you for knowing when to talk and knowing when to give me space. Normally, people keep asking the same thing until I Iose my temper.
I didn't know why I felt like I did but instead of sitting in a room getting questioned, walking helped clear my head and when the thoughts came out you helped me put them in some sort of order and focus on what I could change and what I couldn't, this helped me let go of what wasn't useful.”
Jay, P7
“I really loved all of the activities instead of just talking. The role plays and stories helped us to feel what other people feel like when left out.
We learnt about what makes us angry or react so we can understand how we feel. This helped us to talk together about how we would like to be together without fighting."
